In French Polynesia the local resorts & hotels seldom provide a specific confirmation number for your reservation because we are tied directly into their systems. We book numerous clients each day with resorts throughout the islands, and your reservations will simply be held under your last names.
The resort will, however, ask for your voucher that you will receive from Tahiti Nui Travel upon your arrival. Please note that the local hotels in the islands are seldom linked live and directly to the world-wide reservation networks or Apps of the major chains to which they may belong. If you need to contact a resort to make a special request or inquiry regarding your reservation then you should phone or email the resort directly to discuss your reservation because the world-wide reservation system for the resort’s parent chain/company (if applicable) may not be up to date with all information and reservations from their local properties within the islands.
