Your Travel Documents

All of your important travel documents can be found in the My Trip section of this Virtual Concierge portal.

Part of your Venture Tahiti travel experience includes access to your Confirmed Travel Itinerary through a dynamic Online Itinerary and smart phone App. The important travel documents that you will need for your trip are all found in your Online Itinerary.

When accessing your online itinerary, you can click the “App” button in the header and follow the prompts to receive an invitiation to download the smartphone app.

If International Airfare is included in your travel package, you will find it attached to your Travefy Itinerary as well.

Simply click the menu above to be taken to the section of the Client Portal named “My Trip”.  On the My Trip page you will find a link to your Online Itinerary and any attached PDFs for your e-Ticket confirmations.

Please note that Customs Regulations require that you present a paper receipt or paper evidence of your international flight confirmations to prove that you have a return flight out of Tahiti for your return home.  This does not have to be an airline ticket, but it must be a verifiable copy of your air ticket receipt indicating the flights and your airline “record locator” number.  For this purpose, we have attached your international airline ticket receipt/ confirmation/ itinerary to your Online Itinerary. You will need the e-Ticket confirmation (and no additional airline issued e-tickets) to board your flight. Please print your eTicket confirmations and keep them with you during your travels.

For the added safety of our clients and staff, Venture Destinations is now completely paperless and no longer sends departure packages via regular mail.  All of your travel tickets are electronically issued, and there are no required paper tickets.

‍Important Note – Your travel documents will continue to be updated with added excursions, any flight amendments, inter-island transfer times, or additional changes up until approximately 2 weeks prior to your trip.  Please check back for your final documents at that time.
