The Lifestraw is a water filtration device that removes 99.999999% of waterborne bacteria and 99.999% of waterborne parasites, including Giardia and Cryptosporidium. It also removes microplastics as small as 1 micron and reduces turbidity down to 0.2 microns. The microbiological filter provides 1,000 gallons of clean drinking water and all claims are verified through rigorous testing.
