What's Next?

Your Customized Travel Proposal

  • We will email your custom quotes to you as soon as possible.
  • Look for an email from a VentureDestinations.com email address. (Hopefully, within 24 hours unless it's a weekend.)
  • If we are currently handling a lot of requests and need a little more time (or clarification on your request), we will touch base and let you know.

Check Your Spam Folders!

  • It's possible our email with your requested quotes will land in your Junk, Promotional, or Spam Folders.
  • If you checked the box consenting to text messages, we will send you a notification when your quotes have been emailed to you so you will know to look for them.
  • Otherwise, if you haven't heard from us in a day or two, please check your Spam folders and feel free to contact us by phone or email to resend them.

Availability and Your Departure Dates

  • If you are traveling soon (within 60 days) or on very popular travel dates, this may impact our ability to find availability.
  • Sometimes, we can find rooms at the resorts you request, but the lowest-priced rooms (or special offer pricing) may be sold out.
  • If dates appear to be an issue, and we think we can find you a better itinerary or lower price on different travel dates, we will contact you and see if you have any flexibility.
  • Remember, our website packages show special offer pricing for Low Season travel. High Season (April - October) pricing will be higher.

  • From time to time, we send out an email containing special offers and travel deals.
  • If you do not want to receive our marketing emails, just let us know! We will take you off the list.
